Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change plans at any time! Please contact us through the contact page and we'll handle the transfer of converting you to the plan that best suits the needs of you and your team!
Can I cancel?
Yes! After three months, you can cancel at anytime. We hope that you find continued value in our resources, and we value your feedback so would appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve our products!
Are there per-user fees?
No. The Base and Premium plans allow access for up to 5 users. If you need access more accounts, we recommend upgrading to the Elite plan.
Why is there a three month minimum?
To ensure we give you the best experience possible! Once enrolled, you'll have access to a wealth of information. Giving your team 3 months to access and utilize the information is vital to get the full experience.
